TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for and/or participating in the Another Day Another Run (the “Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Each ticket is valid for one (1) participant only. Tickets are sold exclusively via Eventbrite and are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances, except where required by applicable law. The Event is strictly open to participants aged 18 years and above. No minors are permitted to participate.

Participants acknowledge that participation in the Event may be physically strenuous and involves inherent medical and physical risks. Participation is entirely voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. Participants confirm that they are physically and medically fit to take part and have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional. Participants are solely responsible for assessing their own health and suitability to participate and agree to withdraw immediately should any medical, physical, or health condition arise before or during the Event that may affect their ability to participate safely. No medical advice or supervision is provided by Another Bar.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, participants agree that Another Bar, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, collaborators, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, death, cost, or expense (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from or in connection with participation in the Event. This includes, without limitation, any injury sustained or loss or damage to personal property occurring before, during, or after the Event.

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Another Bar and its sponsors, partners, and collaborators from and against any claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Event, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Sponsors and partners are not event organisers and do not assume any duty of care in relation to the planning, operation, or supervision of the Event.

Alcoholic beverages and sponsored products, including supplements, may be provided during or in connection with the Event. Consumption or use of any such products is entirely optional and at the participant’s sole discretion and risk. Participants confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to consume alcohol in Singapore. Participants are solely responsible for assessing allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, and suitability before consuming any food, alcohol, or supplements. Another Bar makes no representations or warranties regarding such products and shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from their consumption or use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Participants must comply with all instructions issued by Another Bar, event staff, volunteers, or marshals and must adhere to all applicable laws, road rules, venue rules, and safety guidelines. The use of bicycles, scooters, roller skates, pushchairs, prams, strollers, or any mechanical or wheeled aid is strictly prohibited, except for wheelchairs where prior notice has been given and approved. Participants must conduct themselves in a safe, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. Another Bar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to, remove, or disqualify any participant for safety, compliance, or any other reasonable reason, without refund.

The Event is subject to weather conditions and prevailing safety guidelines. Another Bar reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, government advisories, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. No refunds will be issued in the event of such changes, except where required by law. By participating in the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant Another Bar the unrestricted right to use such images, video, or recordings for marketing, social media, commercial, and promotional purposes without compensation, approval, or notification.

By joining the Event, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with Another Bar’s Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Another Bar relating to the Event and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Participants acknowledge that they do not rely on, and shall have no remedy in respect of, any statement, representation, assurance, or warranty not expressly set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Another Bar reserves the right to vary, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version shall apply.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in the Event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and acknowledge that you participate entirely at your own risk.
