Photography, Filming and Recordings.

Photography, videography and audio recordings will be conducted at the venue by Another Bar and/or its authorised representatives.

By entering the venue, all guests acknowledge and consent to the capture, recording, use and publication of their image, likeness, voice and/or appearance in any photographs, videos or other media for promotional, marketing, advertising and publicity purposes, in any format or medium now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites and other public or commercial materials, without compensation, notification or further consent.

Guests who do not wish to be photographed or recorded are advised to inform a member of the venue team upon arrival and to reasonably avoid areas where photography or filming is taking place. While reasonable efforts may be made to accommodate such requests, Another Bar does not guarantee that guests will not appear incidentally in crowd or background footage.
